Which Members Are Removed from the Group?

Our group’s primary goal is to foster a sense of community and connection, not to exclude anyone. However, in order to maintain an active and engaging environment, we do have a policy regarding member participation. The focus is not on removing members unnecessarily but on ensuring that those who are part of the group are genuinely interested in attending events and being involved.

If we notice that a member hasn’t attended any events or been active for a period of three months, we may remove them from the group. Most of these members are given the opportunity to rejoin, should they wish to be more active and participate in future events. This process helps to keep the group dynamic and filled with individuals who are keen to engage with others.

It’s important to note that people are not removed from the group for just any reason. The main cause for removal is inactivity, as we want to ensure our events are attended by members who are truly interested in building connections. That said, any behaviour that shows disrespect to the hosts or other members may also result in removal, though these cases are rare.

We understand that sometimes such actions can be misinterpreted, leading to rumours or misunderstandings. However, we always encourage open communication. If you ever have any concerns or questions, please feel free to approach the hosts directly for clarification. It’s important to remember that in any situation, getting the perspective of all parties involved is crucial to understanding the full picture. By fostering open dialogue, we can keep the group a positive, welcoming space for everyone.

Our removal policy is simply a way to ensure that the group remains active and enjoyable for all participants. We value everyone who joins and hope to create an environment where meaningful connections can thrive.
